Customers Description
Bio-Dynamics Lab in Kuwait adopted advanced automation to improve energy efficiency, operational ease, and patient comfort. Alessa Technical Services, in collaboration with MT Distribuzione, Italy, integrated 50 KNX devices for seamless control over lighting, HVAC, blinds, and security. The lighting system uses switching, dimming, and motion sensors to optimize energy use. HVAC is centrally managed with individual room controls for precise temperatures and air quality. Automated blind control adjusts shading based on outdoor temperatures, enhancing comfort. Security features include camera surveillance and face ID for access control. Operations are managed through touch screens and mobile devices, with remote monitoring available via the internet. Real-time data logging optimizes energy consumption. These systems streamline operations, ensuring a comfortable, efficient environment for patients and staff alike.
