Customers Description
Bizkaia Dorrea es el rascacielos residencial más alto de toda Euskadi con 103 metros y 33 pisos de altura. Está diseñado por los estudios de arquitectura Jose María Smith Solaun y Arkigest y promovido por Arrasate a través de cooperativa.
DOMOTEC INSTALACIONES ELÉCTRICAS, S.L. ha sido la responsable de dotar a las 152 viviendas, de las tecnología knx, control de suelo radiante zonificado, alarmas de intrusión e incendio, así como control desde pantalla táctil y smartphone.
También están equipadas con videoportero sip, integrado en knx con la pantalla individual, así como control remoto por smartphone.
Además contamos con control de persianas individualizadas por vivienda.
Un proyecto a la altura de una gran ciudad.
