Customers Description
The Boreal Tower, an iconic project by FG Empreendimentos, combines sophistication and modernity in a building inspired by the lotus flower. Standing 241 meters tall, the development stands out for its unique, imposing, and contemporary architecture.
Located in Balneário Camboriú (SC), the city of skyscrapers in Brazil, the Boreal Tower offers privileged ocean views and personalized environments. It features 3600 m² of leisure area, distributed across three modern floors, and an advanced building automation system with control of lighting, ambient sound, blinds, and air conditioning in all leisure areas via smart panels and BMS software. The management of utilities such as power generators, monitoring of reservoir water levels, and water and gas telemetry for the units (the only feature supported by BACNET controllers) provides ease of management, contributing to making the building smarter, more sustainable, and more comfortable.
