Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
The construction lasted 2.5 years. The KNX is the only tool that can cope with all these different conditions that you encounter in such constructions. We were asked by the client to be able to control the climate by location. The construction is 800 m² and 27 different heating and air conditioning units are controlled and with the ambient temperature compensation we achieve a very high energy saving, maintaining comfort conditions throughout the 3 storey building. Also through the visualization of the system we receive all the necessary alerts in case of an error or a problem.
To control the use of hot water from the production of solar and hot water we used a programmable logic controller that communicates directly with the KNX so that information can be transmitted to the home visualization as well as on demand information from the KNX.
Also through the ΚΝΧ and alarm we control the opening of the doors of the house.
