Customers Description

Auf dem rund 50.000 qm großen Grundstück am Rande des bestehenden Gewerbegebietes Ditzingen an der A 81 entsteht ein Gebäudeensemble mit vier quadratischen, an den Ecken miteinander verbundenen Verwaltungs- und Produktionsgebäuden, die jeweils einen Innenhof einschließen. Die neue Thales Deutschland Hauptverwaltung mit ca. 60.000 qm Nutzfläche wird mit modernster Technik ausgestattet. Das fertiggestellte Objekt wird Raum für rund 1.800 Beschäftigte bieten. In Richtung Autobahn schließt sich südöstlich der Baumaßnahme ein oberirdisches Parkhaus mit ca. 1.200 Stellplätzen an.
