Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
La Casa Simpática, entra de lleno en el concepto de ‘vivienda inteligente’, con la práctica totalidad de las instalaciones eléctricas
automatizadas. El sistema de control se ha diseñado para ser disfrutado, de manera que la integración de las diferentes tecnologías tiene como resultado un uso fácil e intuitivo, por lo que gestionar la vivienda no es en absoluto una tarea compleja.
Así, en la Casa Simpática se controla la iluminación por presencia en las zonas comunes proporcionando escenas predefinidas en las
estancias. Además, se gestionan las persianas y las cortinas, tambien el sistema de climatización y de suelo radiante con ocho zonas de control.
La Casa Simpática se gestiona tanto de manera local (mecanismos de la serie F40 de Jung) como remota a través del software de control ComfortClick y de la pasarela de control por voz Amazon Alexa.
