Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Innovation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Customers Description

On the western part of Halkidiki Peninsula, lies one of the most important caves in Greece. It is characterized by unique speleological, anthropological, paleontological and archaeological wealth. One of the oldest and best-preserved human skulls in Europe was discovered there, along with Paleolithic stone tools and a rich fossil fauna. It was a matter of showing 500.000 years of nature's creativity, through KNX technology, that interferes the least in any aesthetic way with the cave. It was a big challenge for us. We chose KNX technology, simple buttons that carry out the complexity through logical units showing off the natural exhibits. KNX exists as an unseen hero serving nature and human history in this cave and we are immensely proud to be part of this special challenging project.
