Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Egypt’s New Administrative Capital is a transformational enterprise which aims to alleviate Greater Cairo’s increasing densification and establish a new growth hub for future generations. The Central Business District is the commercial artery of the new capital, which adopts smart and sustainable city principles.
The CBD project includes 20 high-rise buildings and supporting municipal works, which will, after the project’s completion, inject new vitality into Egypt’s economic and social development.
Located in the heart of the desert some 50 km east of capital Cairo, the CBD project covers an area of about 505,000 square meters, with 20 commercial and residential skyscrapers as well as supporting municipal infrastructure, among which is the 385-meter high iconic tower, the tallest building in Africa.
The CBD is not only an important project of Egypt's national rejuvenation plan, but also a flagship project under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
