Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
In this 18-unit project an attempt was made to employ a comprehensive and all-around smart system by selecting the correct and most practical smart KNX devices to minimize the expenses. Thus; in an integrated topology, using line couplers, all residential units were interconnected. Also, by precision filtering applied on line couplers the traffic on the bus is being controlled. In each residential unit the lighting system is switch and dimmer controlled while curtains and 2 speed fan-coils are controlled. Installation of a central server enables every residence of the complex to control and oversee the operation of the system via their tablets and mobiles. A weather forecast station is installed which besides informing the public of the local weather situations provide the necessary data for the lighting of the public areas of the complex during the dark hours. In spite of the wide variety of smart devices, residence can easily benefit from all the advantages offered in system.
