Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Rolling Greens is Costa Navarino’s new proposal for luxury resort living. Not only are the residences delivered ready to move in, but also enjoy access to all 5-star resort services, amenities and experiences, as well as first-class hotel services.
24 Three-bedroom villas and 18 four-bedroom villas controlled entirely by KNX, including lights, shutters, awnings, pool heating, underfloor heating, climate control, alarms, visualization, all realized with KNX.
The villa owner controls his property through KNX switches, a touch screen and Ipads and at the same time Costa Navarino maintenance control, receives and handles all the information regarding temperatures, PH, water quality and equipment alarms.
