Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
The building is consists of total 12 floors, including 3 basements. Lighting control is covered for parking, entrance lobby, lifts, stairs, washrooms, common areas, pre-function area, meeting rooms, restaurants, spa and ballroom. Complete KNX system is implemented with lighting, 1-10V and phase dimming. All the common areas corridors, parking, stairs, washroom and lift lobbies are with motion detectors. For common areas, scenes are activated using central monitoring software, which will trigger as per the preset timing in the morning and evening. Ballrooms, specialty restaurants and spa area working with keypads and touch screens with scene setting. External landscape and façade controlled using photocell. A central monitoring station is located in the control room for full monitoring and controlling the entire system. The system is interfaced with BMS using BACnet IP, Fire Alarm using NO/NC contacts and Audio video using RS232 gateway.
