Automatic Villa in Paros island of Cyclades Greece , consists of a main house and a guest house , fully controlled by KNX . External and internal lighting control , dimming lights , air conditioning , floor heating , pool control , garden watering , main doors access control , energy metering , opening windows control . Weather station is running scenarios about garden , lights , floor heating , air conditioning . Server is linked to Alexa for voice control . Parking has electric car charger integrated to KNX . Humidity control for every room of the main house and guest house. 3D printing technology has been used for isolate external KNX equipment.
