Customers Description
El proyecto de unos 300 m2 nace de la ilusión del propietario de tener un sitio en donde poder y disfrutar. El proyecto se ubica en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid.
El proyecto es una Reforma integral de un edificio construido hace mas de 200 años, en donde solo hay 2 vecinos por planta.
Desde la entrada señorial, ascensor de la época el cual fue restaurado, hacen de este proyecto y su entorno sin lugar a duda un proyecto muy especial
En esta vivienda se tuvieron en cuenta varios conceptos que marcaban las directrices del proyecto.
• Tener un apartamento con todos los avances tecnológicos que estuvieran trabajando para el interiorismo.
• Amante de las fiestas y conocedor de la música el usuario requería un piso que se adaptara a sus requerimientos
• Total aislamiento acústico para proteger de ruidos a los vecinos (integración tecnológica integrada en el proyecto)
