Customers Description
Il progetto Eagle Hills One La Gare ad Addis Abeba è un complesso residenziale di lusso composto da torri con oltre 190 appartamenti. Il sistema di automazione integra KNX, BMS e sistemi di sicurezza per garantire comfort, efficienza e controllo centralizzato.
Ogni appartamento dispone di gestione intelligente di illuminazione, climatizzazione e monitoraggio dei consumi di energia e acqua. A livello centrale, il BMS supervisiona generatori, pompe, ventilazione, pressurizzazione delle scale e quadri elettrici.
Tutti i dispositivi KNX comunicano tramite una rete stabile e aperta, che consente l’interfaccia con sistemi Modbus, BACnet e IP.
L’intero impianto è supervisionato tramite piattaforma ComfortClick, che offre visualizzazioni grafiche in tempo reale e gestione remota. Il risultato è un edificio moderno, efficiente e completamente connesso.
