Edificio ubicado en la zona costera centro de chile, el cual debido a que la mayoria de los propietarios da uso a los departamentos como segunda vivienda. Debido a esto se les presenta el tema de que no quieren mantener a un conserje en cuidando del lugar fijo, sino que dan la preferencia de que todos los sistemas sean automatizados y no requieran de que nadie realice encendidos manuales, aprovechando de asi ahorrar energia, y manteniendo solo las luces encendidas si existe alguna persona utilizando los espacios.
