Customers Description
This beautifully designed family house is fully equipped with stylish basalte switches that perfectly blend into modern and countryside interior design giving users simple but powerful control of all subsystems. Most of the lights are triggered with occupancy detectors coupled with weather station, naturally each room is a separate HVAC zone, window shading works both with outside sun/temperature conditions together with interior light measurement. Lights are DALI controlled so we know every detail of every light source installed. House is also equipped with top quality intrusion detection system, CCTV cameras and many types of detectors (gas, smoke, water leak, rain water tank level, cesspool level with automatic ordering of cistern for the disposal of liquid waste). Interesting feature are KNX controlled foldable stairs to the attic where entertainment and gym spaces are located.
