Customers Description
The villa is equipped with a comprehensive KNX and Modbus automation system, enabling centralized and individual control of lighting, shades, curtains, floor heating, and fan coils. Predefined scenes such as Presence, Party, and Away modes adjust all subsystems—including swimming pool and hot tub temperatures—to preset conditions. The system supports real-time monitoring of water tank, fuel, and water levels, with configurable alarm notifications. It integrates with fire and intrusion detection systems, forwarding alerts to mobile devices via the internet. Additionally, the intercom is embedded within the visualization platform, allowing remote access control of multiple doors through the KNX interface.
