Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
L’esigenza dei committenti era di avere una casa vacanze che non li obbligasse ad essere lì tutte le volte che arrivava un nuovo ospite. Per realizzare il loro sogno abbiamo installato un impianto knx che gestisce in modo smart l’accesso alla struttura. Il gestore della struttura, attraverso app sul telefono oppure da PC (con un comune browser web), inserisce i dati anagrafici di un nuovo ospite, stabilisce i varchi che potrà aprire, e in quale periodo di date. L’accesso smart vale anche per i manutentori e per chi tiene pulita la struttura. Il sistema automaticamente invia una e-mail al nuovo ospite, contenente tutte le informazioni relative alla prenotazione, alla struttura, e le istruzioni per accedervi, contenenti un codice PIN numerico, che viene digitato dall’ospite all’ingresso di ogni varco, prima di accedere. Inoltre il gestore della struttura può schedulare le temperature degli ambienti e le luci esterne.
