23 Luxuswohnungen, 1 Concierge und der Allgemeinbereich wurden über 24 Gira Homeserver und 1 Gira Facility Server miteinander vernetzt.
Heizungs/Kühlungsanforderungen werden gesammelt und an 4 Wärmepumpen bedarfsgerecht weitergeleitet. Paralleles Heizen und Kühlen je Wohnung möglich.
Luftqualität und Feuchte werden permanent überwacht.
5 Wetterstationen überwachen permanent alle Fassaden.
Strikte Trennung von Allgemeininfomationen und Wohnungsinformationen. Ausgeklügelte Störmeldungsszenarien.
