Customers Description
This villas complex is at the stunning area of Crete-Gramvousa a dream place to visit because of its natural beauty and amazing sea formations. The goal in this project is the simplicity in using the luxury houses. Guests control everything in a simple and intuitive way. The owner need to supervise the facilities smooth running and to catching up faults on time and scheduling maintenance and personnel. KNX controls everything and collects the necessary running and fault information. On top, the houses are operating in accordance to international hospitality and safety standards. The houses can run in detail mode (individual control of the installations) or in scenes mode especially designed for guests. Alarm and fire control system work transparently in cooperation to ventilation, blinds and lighting. Environmental monitoring allows automatic air quality management. Blinds automation allow natural ventilation without disturbing the alarm system.
