Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
As of the completion of construction in Guangzhou Metro System new lines, GVS has won the KNX part in the metro system automation. The THREE new lines (line #13, #14, #21 with 40 stations) are now being implemented with K-BUS (KNX) as well as other KNX brands, functions include public lighting, entrance/exit lighting, centralized/scenario control, sensors, metering etc. are being used into the project. The whole project will be finished within December 2017. ONCE FINISHED, THIS WILL BE A NEW RECORD (LARGEST) OF KNX AUTOMATION SYSTEM IN THE CATEGORY OF METRO STATION AUTOMATION WORLDWIDE.
