Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
Haxhaj residence is located in the vicinity of Prishtina, capital of Kosova.
This building consists of two identical apartments.
Nearly all lighting fittings are the dimmable type.
All rooms have jalousies.
Heating and cooling is carried out with floor heating and fancoil units.
Used webserver is X1 and the remote access and programing is carried out by Gira S1.
Ten Gira G1 are used and from them three are installed out of the residence in the neighboring housed in order to enable them to control main gates and sliding doors for cars.
In the basement is located garage boiler room, electrical room and Home cinema.
Home cinema is controlled by Control 4 but not integrated in KNX.
