Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Wunsch des Auftraggebers war es, in seinen Büroräumen eine "Smart Home - Anlage" einzubauen.
Gesagt, getan.
Als Kern der KNX- Anlage dient der realKNX- Server der Firma ProKNX.
Dieser Server besteht aus 2 Geräten. Zum einen aus einem Gateway, welches die Schnittstelle zum
KNX Bus stellt und zum anderen, den Server, welcher die meisten Funktionen der gesamten Anlage
hostet. Der Server stellt u.a. die Schnittstelle zu dem HomeKit von Apple, womit letztendlich die
Sprachbefehle, welche über SIRI aufgenommen werden und auf dem KNX ausgegeben werden
können. Für die Ansteuerung der Beleuchtung haben wir, auf Grund der baulichen Gegebenheiten für Hue Leuchten der Firma Philips entschieden. Der große Vorteile war daran die RGBW Fähigkeit.
Die Heizungssteuerung wurde mittels EnOcean
Thermostatstellantriebe realisiert.Um möglichst energieeffizient zu sein, sind die
Fenster mit Magnetkontakten ausgestattet.
