Customers Description
Das Viersternehotel Marietta ist sonnig und zentral gelegen. Die Skipisten und Langlaufloipen umgeben das Hotel.
Die technische Ausrüstung des Hotels wird stetig an die bedürfnisse angepasst. Ein wichtiger bestandteil war die erneuerung der Regelung für Heizung und Warmwasser. Es wurden kommunikative KNX Heizungs- und Lüftungsregler verbaut und in das gesammtsystem integriert. Dadurch wurden erhebliche kosten für die Heizung, Belüfung und Warmwasserbereitung eingespart. Das Gesammte hotel wird in einem "Automatic" Modus betrieben und passt sich weitgehend an die belegung der Zimmer und nutzunf der Resaurants und Bar´s selbständig an. Alle Funktionen wie z.B Heizung, Lüftung Des gesammte Spaa bereich werden Viualisert, die vorhanden Kammera´s der Videoüberwachung wird ebenso angezeit wie der Energieverbrauch. Eine Maximumüberwachung sorg bei vollauslastung de sHotels dafür das der Energiverbrauch nicht zu hoch wird.
