Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
The Marriott Hotel is part of the world-famous hotel chain that is part of the Courtyard Group. Construction of the hotel in Banja Luka was completed in August 2019. The hotel is located in the heart of Banja Luka, the capital city of Republika Srpska.
The ground floor of the hotel has a luxurious restaurant and reception. Five conference rooms are available as well as a gym. On ten floors, there are 120 luxury rooms. Each room has temperature control, presence control, open window and door detection, welcome light and Fancoil fault detection all via KNX. Visualization of the entire hotel was done using VaVei visualization.
