Customers Description
L'Hotel "Monastero Arx Vivendi" sorge nell’antico monastero di Arco(TN),nell'Alto Lago di Garda,in seguito a un'accurata ristrutturazione della monumentale struttura risalente al 600. Dalle antiche celle del Monastero sono state create 40 nuove camere e suite di lusso dislocate su tre piani,SPA e piscina.L'impianto KNX è esteso sull'intero complesso andando a gestire più di 100 locali dislocati su 4 edifici tramite 11 linee e più di 370 dispositivi. KNX gestisce l'illuminazione in funzione della presenza e illuminamento, scenari e comandi locali.Tramite DALI è gestita anche la diagnostica di tutto l'impianto. In ogni stanza viene gestita la presenza del cliente tramite card, l'illuminazione, la termoregolazione tramite fan coil e gestione allarmi.Tramite il sistema di supervisione è possibile il controllo di tutte le stanze, la gestione delle parti comuni, del centro benessere e degli altri spazi di servizio.
