Customers Description
The first IKEA in Indonesia was located in Tangerang, built in the area of 4.5 Ha with total commerical space of 3.5 Ha. It is the largest Home-Improvement Retail Store in the country.
KNX was specified in first IKEA in Indonesia to interface with Building Management System and actively control lighting in warehouse, office and toilet areas. IKEA wish to have green and energy-efficient lighting with energy measurement feature to be fed to the BMS via mod-bus & bac-net.
The integration and implementation were smooth and accomplished in 100 - 120 days of operation and it is considered to be one of the earliest and largest KNX installation in Indonesia.
ABB actively supported, supervised AKSEL Kreasi Utama as System Integrator in applying efficient and effective KNX installation together with local mechanical, electrical contractor.
