Energy Efficiency

Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Iraq Mall stands as one of the most ambitious and iconic developments in the Middle East, with a built-up area of approximately 600,000 m² and recognition as the 3rd largest mall in the region. The project brings together world-class retail, entertainment, hospitality, and public spaces within a landmark destination designed to redefine commercial developments in Iraq and establish a new benchmark for smart, large-scale developments across the region.
To support the scale and complexity of this mega-project, an advanced KNX building automation system was implemented throughout the mall. The solution incorporates four KNX Areas interconnected via KNX IP Routers, creating a robust and highly reliable automation backbone across the facility. A large network of KNX TP devices and motion sensors was deployed to provide intelligent lighting control, ensuring seamless operation throughout the mall's extensive commercial, entertainment, and public spaces.
