Customers Description
Full integration of lights, FCU, presence sensors, audio, TV of a 5* hotel located in the most luxurious place in the world.
Everything in Kalesma is built around guest experience and KNX orchestrates everything behind the scenes.
Client checks in electronically and triggers his room to keep 22 degrees and 60% humidity (using Opera gateway).
He then enters the room and a welcome scene sets the tone, different different one depending on the time of day, and smooth music is playing on the speakers while the the TV greets him by name...
Bedroom sensors make sure that if he drunk a lot of water the previous night, low ambience lights will safely lead him to the toilet.
VAM opens during client absence automatically to make sure air is kept fresh and when the client is present, he can sleep without the minimum noise.
Pool temperature is always perfect, common areas are kept with perfect lighting at all times and the party is about to begin...
