Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description

Ziel des Fertigungs und Handelsbetriebes war es das Schwachen Leitungsnetzes des Energieversorgers zu kompensieren. Hierzu wird nun eine Photovoltaik Anlage und ein Blockheizkraftwerk (BHKW) eingesetzt. Das BHKW wird nach Wärme oder Elektroenergiebedarf gesteuert. Die zusätzliche Gastherme wird Jahreszeitbeding mit für die Wärme Energie Erzeugung mit eingeregelt, bzw. an Niederlasttagen ausschließlich für die Wärmeerzeugung verwendet. Die Maschinen versorgen auch die beiden 150m entfernten Nebengebäude, mit einem Wärmespeicher über eine Fernwärmeleitung. Zusätzlich dient das BHKW als Ersatzstromversorgung bei einem Spannungsausfall. Hierbei werden alle Hochlastverbraucher während der Ersatzstromversorgung abgeschaltet.
