Customers Description
Ejecución de una vivienda unifamiliar en La Nucia (Alicante) donde el control de la instalación es máximo, habiendo realizado el control y regulación de la iluminación LED mediante equipos de regulación 1-10V y pasarelas entre el sistemas de calefacción (caldera de condensación) para suelo radiante, bomba de calor aerotérmica para calentamiento de piscina y climatización (mediante el sistema VRV) con el sistema KNX, el control de persianas, screens / foscurits, puertas de garaje y control de acceso mediante lectores biométricos, visualización mediante pantalla táctil y APP en smartphones y tabletas, estación meteorológica para control lumínico, alarmas de humo, sondas de inundación con corte de agua mediante electroválvulas, gestión de estado de ventanas abiertas, creación de escenas y secuencias, control de la renovación del aire para la calidad de aire interior obligatorio por el vigente CTE, así como la integración por completo del sistema de videoportería.
