Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Launched in 2017 and finalized in 2025, the La Folie Boulart project answered a simple question: how to integrate technology such as KNX into a historic monument in order to transform this jewel of French architecture into a connected building that meets current digital and environmental standards. .
Today, the bet seems successful: 16 KNX lines (10 IP, 6RF) supporting more than 475 KNX devices ensure the management of lighting (Dali, RGB, Voltage variation), heating (80 hydraulic servomotors), treatment of 'Air, air conditioning, energy metering.
All the data is uploaded on 2 types of supervision: technical supervision based on ABB's DOGate solution and on the Léo energy metering engine.
The 2nd supervision system (RTI) is intended for the guests of the castle. Each room is indeed equipped with a comfort tablet allowing the control of the audio video in addition to the KNX equipment
