Dieses Wohnhaus im Landhausstil an der Aller wurde mit einer umfassenden KNX-Gebäudeautomation ausgestattet. Die intelligente Steuerung ermöglicht die komfortable Regelung von Beleuchtung, Beschattung, Heizung, Kühlung und Fensterantrieben. Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf der Verbindung moderner Smart-Home-Technik mit klassischer Architektur. Durch den Einsatz von Tasterschnittstellen konnten die gewünschten 1930er-Knebelschalter integriert werden, ohne auf die Vorteile von KNX zu verzichten. So verbindet das Projekt zeitloses Design mit maximalem Wohnkomfort, Energieeffizienz und einer zukunftssicheren Gebäudeautomation.
