Cette résidence Senior entièrement équipée en KNX est destiné à un public Senior.
Les éclairages, les volets roulants, le chauffage au sol, l'alarme sont pilotés par le système KNX et depuis une tablette tactile.
Un scénario déclenche en cas d'inactivité dans le logement une alerte mail vers les proches.
Le système à été pensé et installé en KNX afin de permettre une évolution rapide et sans travaux vers du contrôle vocal ou une adaptation du logement en cas de handicap ou de maladie afin de pouvoir rester à domicile le plus longtemps possible.
