Customers Description
Luxury and modern single house building with three separate appartments. Interior design inspired by US cities and lifestyle living. Control devices used like touch panels and Fontini push-buttons individually customized to each appartment. Fresh sea air is infused inside the appartments via HVAC system. Outdoor and garden lighting cooperates according to Sun schedule. Underground parking and interiors integrated with ventilation and air quality control. All three appartments are available for rent thus Investor wants to have a deatiled and real-time based metrics of electricity, water, heating/cooling consumption. Thanks to visualisation servers metrics and all controls are accessible on the mobile devices and tablets.
