Customers Description
This residence was built 15 years ago with over 900 m² of floor space and underwent a renovation in 2024–25; the client opted for a KNX technology solution to integrate all controls. This allows for easy control of the lighting, pool motors and water feature, motorized curtains, air conditioning, and audio-visual equipment.
In this residence, the system provides both comfort and cost savings for the owner. The user interface is easily customizable. All of the client’s special requests were met.
The client, a young, tech-savvy individual who understands the importance of the scheduled routines of the condominium where the residence is located—particularly regarding the timing of activations and the ease of turning off all lights at predetermined times, which provides convenience, practicality, and comfort—was the fundamental and essential factor in choosing KNX.
