Customers Description
This luxury and modern house is ocassionaly occupied on the weekends and holiday season. The Investor wanted to have remote access to KNX system settings to easy manage and control usage of energy, heating and water. The other focus in this investment was to provide high security standards ensured by security system and 24/7 on-line CCTV monitoring. On top of that interior space is controled with leak and smoke detection. During long absence KNX system activates presence simulation in the property. To highlight modern interior design there are numerous light scenes to select depending on the family/ house occasion.
