Customers Description
This Marvel Hotel development sets a new concept in design standards in Bryon Bay. It comprises of 24 hotel rooms over 3 stories, with a lobby, managers residence along with retail stores and restaurant space, roof top pool and basement parking.
Combining a strong public amenity feel, with access to the hotel lobby and retail area.
To each KNX hotel room – local switch panels, elegant glass panels with integrated thermostat, motion detectors with integrated light level sensors, door and window contacts assuring the air condition is turned off while the window is open and KNX based access control with direct integration to the PMS system.
