Customers Description
This is a private farm villa of the king's family members. This villa is a fully integrated smart home automation project combining KNX-based building control, Crestron multimedia integration, Ekinex Delego server-based mobile access, and Block & NOVA KP interfaces to deliver a seamless and intelligent living experience.
The system enables centralised control of lighting, HVAC, shading, and other building functions through KNX touch panels, Block & NOVA KP keypads, and a master control interface, ensuring intuitive and flexible user operation throughout the villa.
A fully integrated Crestron-controlled outdoor video wall enhances the entertainment and visual experience for outdoor and event areas. The villa also features multi-zone audio distribution integrated with KNX, allowing complete music control across different spaces.An iPad-based control interface via the Ekinex Delego server provides convenient control of all major systems from anywhere within or outside the property.
