Customers Description
A private smart villa in smart compound where an O&M team ensureing all buildings are surved and functioning well with below systems under control:
- Lighting switch and dimming control operating through motion sensor the corridor, service areas, bathrooms and dressing room..etc to reduce operation time and energy saving.
- Air condiation is VAR, AHU, & FCU which are supplied by compound's chiller system and inside the villa it works manually and automaticlly through scheudled time to maintan normal & comfortable temperature inside the building.
- Curtains: controlled manually and scheudled considering daylight and sun direction to redure using of artificail lights & increase AC efficency.
- AV system: sound, CCTV, & intercom are also integrated in the system with third party visualiztion system to have full access on all sysem in one application.
