Customers Description
NCF Business Center is a 10-floor commercial building in Cluj-Napoca where KNX serves as the backbone of a fully integrated BMS connecting over ten subsystems. Lighting with Constant Lighting Control and architectural facade effects, VRF climate control with air quality monitoring, EN54-certified audio, fire detection with automatic cross-system response, access control via cards and QR codes, photovoltaic monitoring, and per-tenant energy and water metering — all managed from a single platform. The result is a semi-automatic building with minimal human intervention, maximum control, and a clear demonstration that KNX scales seamlessly to complex commercial environments.
