Customers Description

As part of NSW Health's infrastructure renaissance, Maitland Hospital was identified as a key structure requiring expansion to support the Hunter Valley and Newcastle’s substantial growth. Anticipating a growing demand for health services, a decision solidified by the pandemic, the decision was made to build a new hospital to support the area, rather than expand the existing facilities. A $470 million project, the investment by the NSW government created opportunities for technology and innovation in the health space. New Maitland Hospital will provide an increased service capability and complexity to help address the increasing demand being experienced across the region. This innovation is what made a KNX lighting control system the perfect compliment to the forward-thinking design of the space.
