Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
De nieuwbouw van sensorenfabrikant Sensata Technologies in Hengelo is een van de top 3 duurzaamste gebouwen van Nederland. Een vooruitstrevende project waarin duurzaamheid (BREEAM.NL Excellent) een belangrijke rol speelt. Het pand bevat o.a. kantoorruimtes en laboratoriums.
Het gebouw heeft geen gasaansluiting maar maakt gebruik van een WKO installatie en een PV-installatie voor de energieopwekking. De KNX installaties omvatten naast de sturing van de gebouwgebonden installaties ook een monitoring van het energieverbruik van de gebouwgebonden en de bedrijfsgebonden installaties.
