Customers Description
In spite of the significant developments in “smart-building” in construction projects, some clients are still cautious, or rather skeptical, about using these smart systems in the building; they are usually concerned about their cost and/or complexity. In this 10-unit project, using various brands, while having the extraordinary technical features of the KNX system, we have made an effort to minimize the executory cost for the client. This successful experience has provided us with the opportunity to do other projects with this client as well. In each unit, multi-function, thermostatic push buttons are used that are professionally programmed and user-friendly, which enable the user to readily control the lighting, motorized curtains, and three-speed fan coils. Furthermore, a smart touch-pad is installed in the living room of each unit, which will enable the user to centrally control the system, and, having the mobile application and using Cloud technology.
