Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Customers Description
New artist led building design with state of the art control to simplify and add "WOW" to an amazing space. KNX provided the means to control a high number of individual LED strips and modules. The ability to then add "movement" to the lights further enhanced the design of the building. Subtle dimming waves add the illusion of shimmer on the outside while on the inside a clock feature was incorporated into the LED strips.
As this is a listed building, additional measures were instigated to minimise light pollution after dusk for the protection of nocturnal wildlife.
The Art gallery spaces were retrofitted with dimming, environmental control & monitoring devices spread around thanks to the simplicity of KNX TP cabling. This has provided an extremely adaptable lighting control system that can easily adapt as exhibits change. Motion activated voice warnings are also issued over the integrated audio system.
This Building won the Little Gem award from the Fine Arts Commission in 2023
