Customers Description
Palacio Compound: A unique residential project located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia containing 14 luxury villas. Each villa has four floors with a total area of 444 m2. In Palacio villa, you can control everything such as lighting, air conditioning, curtains, doors, swimming pool pump and filter, garage door, TV, sound system, and fountains by using 8" screens that are located in each floor or by your smart phone application. You can also control these settings by your voice through Google Home or Amazon Alexa. In Palacio villa, all systems are integrated together. For example, if you left your front door open for 3 minutes, the smart system will inform you by playing an announcement from the ceiling speakers, also you will receive a notification on your smartphone with a screenshot from the outdoor camera of your front door, along with turning off your AC System to save the energy in the villa. In conclusion, we can say that the smart system in Palacio villa is taking the smart homes system
