Customers Description
"Palacio de Hierro" is an upscale chain of depart stores in Mexico founded on 1891 and now it the best reference in High-Class oriented Retail Store in the country. The "Boca del Rio" Store opens in 2019 in the capital city in the state of Veracruz with 16.000 square meters with 1.100 m2 in-store Luxury boutiques from exclusive lines.
With a KNX distributed Lighting Control System built in the electrical boards gives individual and group control for every single lighting circuit and report switching status to the BMS thru BACnet conversion.
The project includes energy metering, HVAC control (including Boiler and Chillers, valves, and air quality monitoring).
