Customers Description
Questo palazzo, costruito nel centro storico del paese nel 1800 circa, è stato sede della Regia Pretura e agli inizi del 900 sede del Comune. Nel dopoguerra è diventato privato e soggetto a ristrutturazioni varie nel corso degli anni.
L'attuale proprietario ha voluto un restauro conservativo e di rinnovo degli impianti esistenti facendo installare un sistema HVAC.
La difficoltà maggiore è stata proprio cercare una soluzione tecnologicamente avanzata ed esteticamente bella per poter soddisfare il cliente.
Per poter preservare pareti e soffitti affrescati, l'unica soluzione possibile è stata quella di utilizzare, solo per la discesa verso i componenti, del cavo telefonico 2x(2x0,22) setato per la distribuzione della linea di comunicazione e l'utilizzo di scatole 502 e 503 di ceramica, evitando rotture e ripristini.
La pulsantiera Serie 71 di Ekinex ottonata, si integra nell'ambiente conferendo una soluzione completa per illuminazione e termoregolazione.
