Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description

Dieses Einfamilienhaus wurde als Plusenergiegebäude konzipiert. Mit einer 17,84 kWp Photovoltaikanlage und einem Batteriespeicher werden ca. 70 % der Strommenge für die Wärmepumpenheizung, den Hausverbrauch und die Elektromobilität erzeugt. Die intelligente Verknüpfung und Visualisierung aller Komponenten erfolgt über die KNX-Steuerung. Bei modernen Gebäuden mit guter Dämmung ist der sommerliche Hitzeschutz besonders wichtig. Zu diesem Zweck steuert die Wetterstation abhängig von der Helligkeit und der Raumtemperatur die Beschattung mittels Jalousie. Sollte dies nicht ausreichend zum Einhalten der Wohlfühltemperatur sein, startet die Kühlungsfunktion der Wärmepumpe.
