KNX was specified by the owner as a requirement in order to allowing easy integration of Lighting, Blinds, HVAC, Underfloor Heating, Irrigation, Lift, Water Pump & Filtering System, Electrical Generator/Battery Backup System and Door/Gate/Window Control.
